August 2, 2024: Join us on The Sanctuary’s Lodge Lawn as Chandon provides tastings of the Chandon Blanc to Blanc from 6 pm to 9 pm. 

August 5 - August 31: Celebrate with us on National Oyster Day (Aug 5) as we introduce Chandon to our Sunset Sessions menus. Enjoy a glass of Chandon and half a dozen oysters for $24.

Get Hooked Event at Salt Wood Kitchen and Oysterette

Saltwood Kitchen & Oysterette invites you to the Monterey Bay Fisheries Trust "Get Hooked" Fundraising Dinner. Join us for an unforgettable evening in the Marina Preserve Dunes, featuring a sustainably sourced seafood dinner curated by Executive Chef Nestor Marin and his talented culinary team. 

Enjoy fine wine provided by the Pisoni Family Vineyards. 

The evening includes wine, hors d’oeuvres, and a buffet-style dinner.

Monterey County is a hub of all things artichoke, and we're thrilled to announce the launch of the Artichoke Trail – a must-see for any veggie enthusiast! The trail highlights over 20 stops throughout Monterey County, each showcasing artichoke dishes in all their glory. Castroville, the "Artichoke Capital of the World," is one of the top destinations along the trail, hosting the Artichoke Alley – the place to be for artichoke lovers!
